Countryside Tour in bohol
Aside from the beautiful beaches in Panglao Bohol there are lots of places you can go to as well. Before going to Bohol we already planned our activities. We rented a car with driver and gas already, for 2 persons we paid 1800 pesos. In that way you can save money, your not time pressured and you have privacy. The only thing you should think of is the entrance tickets just make sure you have small bills 20's, 50's and 100 peso bills but believe me no ques to worry about as long as you start your tour at around 7 am just like what we did. If you want you can go directly to your tour from airport, your tour guide will pick you up from airport and drop you off to your resort after, you can save money and time by doing this believe me.

FIRST STOP: BLOOD COMPACT MONUMENT

I think they include this in their tour because you will pass this on the way. But the scenery behind the monument is beautiful. And hey its nice to remember Philippines history once in a while.Take a picture having toast with Magellan.

SECOND STOP: BACLAYON CHURCH
entrance fee: none/php20 in museum
This church is the second oldest church in the Philippines. There is a museum behind the church but since i was wearing shorts I wasn't able to go in. Our driver/tour guide kuya tophe told us that you will see Father Pio's image in the church's wall in picture, and surprisingly you will see an image.

THIRD STOP: TARSIERS

Staying in Bohol is not complete if you won't see these cute little primate. Their so cuddly and cute but fragile at the same time. They move so slow that you want to hold and hug them but please keep your hands to your selves because you might stress them and shorten their life. I actually want to stay longer but we already stayed for 20 minutes and my fiancee is pulling me already. REMEMBER NO FLASHES WHEN YOU TAKE PICTURES.

You might think that going here is boring but we actually enjoyed it and you might to. The entrance fee is for your guide for the place and to help feed and take care the butterflies. Your tour guide will give you different trivias about butterflies and moths. Would you believe there's gay butterfly and the butterfly's cocoon is gold which is so cool(picture above).

You will pass this place going to chocolate hills. Wow!the moment you pass this place you will feel the cool breeze this plants and trees gives. Sun will not hurt you because of the beautiful artistic like growth of the trees. Its so beautiful you will be overwhelmed by its beauty. It is said that these were planted by the boholano's great grand father/mother.

When you hear Bohol the first thing that will come to your mind is this place, chocolate hills. Its so beautiful I still can't believe that this place is naturally made. But then again what's impossible with God right. You have to climb the stairs to see the best view or you can climb the pathway for the disabled/stroller instead, its steep but easier to climb.

SEVENTH STOP: HANGING BRIDGE

You might think its scary because the bridge is made up of kawayan but its not, you'll hear the bridge squeaking every time you step on it but dont worry its normal it is strong enough to hold you lol. On the other side of the bridge you will find souvenir shops and from the all places we have been to in our tour they offer the lowest price.

EIGHT STOP: LOBOC CRUISE
entrance fee: php350/ head with buffet lunch
The food here is great in our cruise they served crab soup, fried shrimp, adobong kangkong. fried chicken, fish fillet, pancit, barbecue, rice, kakanin and other desserts waiters will serve you 1 soda each head.The cruise will take about an hour there's a stop over in a katutubo ground to take pictures with them for some donation.
